Legal Agreement: Membership Cancellation Policy

Daily Drop-Ins and Punch Card

Daily Drop-Ins must be purchased the day of and there are no refunds.-- Due to Covid 19, Daily passes are discontinued until further notice.  

Punch Card memeberships are charged at the time of purchase. Punch card uses are initiated at when you log onto the internet for the day.   You have 24 hrs from the time of purchase for a cancelation and full refund, afterwhich there will be no more cancelations or refunds. If you use one punch within that first 24 hrs you will not be refunded that day and will be prorated for the following number of punches .

Monthly Memberships 

Monthly reservations are charged at the time of booking. 

Memberships cancelled within 24 hours of booking or 30 days before the scheduled move-in date will receive a full refund of the initial payment.

Memberships cancelled before the move-in date, but after 24 hours and less than 30 days before the move-in date will receive a 50% refund of the initial month paid for and if membership was for longer than a month will receive full refund for the following months paid for. 

Memberships cancelled after the move-in date will receive no refund for the initial month and will get 50% back for the next full calendar month and a full refund for any months following thereafter. 

Members may terminate their membership starting the following month at any time with notice. Notice must be given in writing to info@bishopcowork.com five business days in advance of end of month.
